Orders will be shipped to your country via international carriers available to us; after passing customs clearance, shipments will be transferred to your local carrier for delivery.

Due to the pandemic, shipping delays to all countries may be expected by an additional 1 to 4 business days. We are working diligently to fulfill all orders as normal, but your local post office may experience freight and shipping constraints given the current situation.

We accept cancellation requests within 48 hours of order placement with full refund. If you change your mind after manufacturing has started, we will offer partial refund of 60% order cost to cover lost materials and labor.
We will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order before shipping. If we cannot achieve the desired results after several tries to your liking, we reserve the right to process full or partial refund, so that we can move on to other orders in queue. What if my order does not look exactly like my pet?
Please note that our products are not 1:6 or 1:18 die-cast models of animals. Hand-knitted crafts and resin eyes/nose will not achieve 100% likeness of a real dog or cat. In fact, we try to give your pet a little cartoon/anime caricature look through our charm keychain, plushie, and art frame representations of them.
