Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders will be shipped to your country via international carriers available to us; after customs clearance, shipments will be transferred to your local carrier for delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks for delivery.
We also offer Express shipping options. FedEx and DHL Express generally takes 3-7 days for shipments to North America.
Tracking number will be provided with each shipment. Please contact us for optional insurance (at cost). Pawstive will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages after a successful delivery by carrier to your shipping address without shipping insurance.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 NOTICE:
COVID-19 can impact custom clearance time at various ports around the world. You may experience slight delays with customs for shipments to Canada in Q4.
Pawstive will not be responsible for delays caused by custom clearance or carriers for issues that we have no control over.
We accept cancellation requests within 48 hours of order placement with full refund. After 48 hours, we offer partial refund with restocking fee 40% of purchase price to cover lost materials and labor.
We hope that you’re 100% satisfied with your order. But in the case that you are not happy with a product, we accept returns within first 30 days of ownership due to:
- Quality defects - tears, rips, holes, and cosmetic damages relating to sewing mistakes
- Our failure to follow markings/customizations you specified in order notes (i.e. name, spelling error, major color mismatch such as grey for a brown cat, but not due to blurry or inaccurate photos provided to us)
- Other requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
